How Luke @ Enform Went From 0 To 10+ Calls/Week & Closed His First SaaS Clients

When I first talked to Luke, he recently got his first 52 customers (lifetime deal). The problem was that all of those beta customers were not in his target niche, and they didn’t actually use the product.

He was also generating some calls from his network on LinkedIn, but the outreach was manual & took lots of his time. And the calls were not actually sales-focused, more “virtual coffee” type meetings.

We implemented a really simple CRM that tracks & opportunities from start to finish, and created various follow-up templates & sequences for common scenarios he was facing with his market.
